Where's the front wheel?

Actually there is a single "tiny" front wheel that is attached to the engine!
so when you turn the wheel, the engine moves as well!
.
Celia was having some problems starting it and this guy (her husband?)
kept opening the hood,
stepping inside the engine compartment (sleeps 2 comfortably)
and kick-starting the engine.
