Microcars Discussion / Hooptie Do 4 Heart Disease event September 7th 2018
« Last post by terri on April 23, 2018, 11:32:04 AM »
Hiya, I am the Co-Chair of an annual event in Mobile Alabama; Hooptie Do for Heart Disease. We are very interested in trying to get micro cars entered into this heart event. 100% of the proceeds go to help fight heart disease here along the Gulf Coast. No one has seen these unique cars down here in the south that I know about. We are in our 6th year and would love to add these very fun loving cars to our Hooptie! Is there anyone you know of that I can talk to to arrange this?

Microcars Discussion / Cony 360 Deluxe Van
« Last post by Cony Wide on April 04, 2018, 01:02:50 PM »
Guys! I just found this sick little van out here in Southern California. Just the shell. No wheels or frame or engine. Planning on a complete custom build. Anybody else out there with any advice? From all my research these things are ultra rare. Super excited about it.

Microcars Discussion / Re: John Candy owned a Messerschmitt Kr175!

He was a great actor and I miss him to this day. He never took himself too seriously. I never realized he had a messerchmitt.  Some day I will buy a Messerschmitt like that. I have owned some small cars (and some big ones too) and I would love to own a car like that.  ;D 8)

was driveable. Normal assortment of spare parts
To go with it.
Currently in storage. Will be getting it out once
the weather improves. Listing it here first before
I try rehoming it on eBay.

Microcars Discussion / Freeway
« Last post by Freeway81 on March 03, 2018, 09:40:33 AM »
Yesterday I bought a 1981 Freeway. I have read some about them on the internet, but can't find a lot of info. I didn't get any manual or literature about the car with it. I don't know if they came with one?

The car is in pretty decent shape, needs some fiberglass work and all new windows. It needs some brake work also. The engine is out because it had lost its spark at some point, but is supposedly fixed and the guy says it runs great.

I think its really neat that it is made in MN, since that is where Im from. I just like how odd it is.

If anyone has any information about Freeways it would be greatly appreciated. Im also wondering if there are any clubs of Freeway collectors? And if anyone on here has a Freeway I would really appreciate some close up pictures of the windows, so I can see how they were made and what they had for seals.

Microcars FOR SALE / 1960 Autobianchi Bianchina Transformabile For Sale
« Last post by angryitalian on February 20, 2018, 10:13:05 AM »
Hello,
My father has owned this Bianchina now for a couple years and wants to sell it since he does not ever use or enjoy it.  It is a very original survivor car with a little over 11,000 kilometers.  He bought the car through Coy's of Kensington auction out of GB in October 2015, and went through the process to have it imported to the U.S. and titled in the State of Florida.  I just took the car out of the garage this weekend and took approx. 80 photos, and also a short video of it running.  It's a very cool car is very good, albeit not perfect or concours, condition.  We were thinking $30,000 would be a good starting asking price.  Would love any feedback and of course can send or upload pics upon request.  Thanks,
Joel
