Need parts for a Willam Sulky-Anybody seen a wiper blade like this?

Trying to get our Sulky back on the road, but I have no rubber left on the wiper blade. Tried to replace it, no go. Never seen any setup like this. Any idea for a source, of other parts as well? Thank you.
