crayford lawil williams jeep 1974

Hello folks , my boss has a yellow Crayford lawil willims jeep which I am thinking of buying.
The car is complete ,was taxed and motd a few years ago ,good original paint, no rust that's the good bits .
Sadly in the past ,somebody has fitted a 700cc reliant robin engine which wants to torque the rear axle when accelerator is put on/off also tyre profiles are probably a bit higher than should be , this makes the car feel unstable (dangerous !)
So this is where I need your help - how much should I pay for this ( I would probably fit a Suzuki burgman engine , it was fitted with a 2 cylinder lambretta 125cc which I think would be impossible to find.)
